The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ) to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including residential, industrial, and commercial developments, as well as infrastructure projects involving roads, water, sewage, erosion control, and stormwater drainage. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed engineering design and prepare technical schedules.
- Manage CAD documentation of design work, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget.
- Represent the company in client and supplier meetings.
- Coordinate with project teams, keeping senior staff informed of critical decisions.
- Uphold company practices and policies, aligning with current legislation and standards.
- Mentor and assist Graduate Engineers.
About You:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, RPEQ certified.
- Holder of a White Card (Site Safety Induction).
- Proven expertise in civil design including earthworks, roadworks, and water systems.
- Strong understanding of contract, tender, and specification documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team player with a willingness to engage in collaborative project work.
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety Practices.
