ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is essential for providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to the sales teams, fostering collaboration with internal departments, and generating relevant reports. The Sales Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring the sales teams remain informed with the latest product information and process changes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate schedules, assist with daily queries, monitor progress, and propose improvements.
- Collect and disseminate relevant sales information, store and sort data electronically, and generate daily audit reports.
- Plan, develop, and enhance team processes, ensure CRM system accuracy, and onboard new sales staff.
- Ensure adherence to laws and company policies, resolve coursework-related issues, and promote company values and WHS objectives.
- Update supporting materials, complete office duties as directed by management, and continuously learn and improve in all aspects of the position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate IV in Business.
- Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
EXPERIENCE/SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing data in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales support & report focused role.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.
