ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Telephone sale focused role responsible for responding to course enquiries, acquire enrolments and general administration.
  • Good baseline salary & exceptional commission structure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ensuring that sales targets are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage the regular contact of the lead pipeline provided to you.
  • Follow student enquiries within set timeframes.
  • Process confidential enrolment information (sales).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in sales or account management (minimum 1 year).
  • Intermediate level knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong ‘persuasive’ capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident and relaxed approach to telephone communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
